3 Daily Exercise for students




SPENT YOUR  TIME TO EXERCISE





Hello guys ! Today I want share about fitness. As a student , I know we dont have much time to do any exercise because lack of time . So I want share some tips that you can do .

1)JOIN A SPORTS SOCIETY - If you get involved with a society you really enjoy, you'll soon forget you're even doing any exercise at all. Instead, you'll be killing two birds with one stone and using your free time away from class to work up a sweat,have fun and share some laughs with new friends who have similar interests to you.




                                               

2)TAKE THE STAIRS - Put one leg in front of the other and off you go.While you clutch a steaming hot Milo beverage with your left hand, reach for the stair railing with your right.Climbing a few flights of stairs is not much, but it certainly counts as exercise if you do it on a regular basis.

3)TAKE OVER THE TAP - Sitting for three hours straight while studying in the library can be tiring both physically and mentally. Take five minute breaks every 45 minutes. Take advantage of the breaks your professors give you in the class as well. Leaving the room for a few minute does wonders for your energy level.
