Hello guys✋. How are u guys ? Feeling well or not ? Actually I want to tell you the slightest share I get from the article. Did you know Malaysia is the country with the highest percentage of obesity in the world.However, do not worry 😁. There is still a way for us to be healthy.

    • Cuts back on sugars and starches
    • Eat protein, fat and vegetables     
    • Lift weights 3 times per week
