Hai everyone, today I want to share about smoking. ๐
If you smoke, you've almost certainly heard friends and family nagging you to stop.
Even as you reach for a cigarette you know that smoking makes heart disease, stroke, cancer, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and other killers more likely.
Knowing about long-term risks though may not be enough to nudge you to quit, especially if you're young. It can be hard to feel truly frightened by illnesses that may strike decades later.
So, if you carry on smoking, what could be the effects on your body?
Smoking is harmful because there are many ingredients in tobacco smoke that can harm your body.
The main health risks from smoking are lung cancer, heart disease and stroke. Smoking causes almost 90% of deaths from lung cancer, around 80% of deaths from COPD, and around 17% of deaths from heart disease.

How To Sleep Well
Hello everyone. Today I'll give you some tips for sleeping in the right position. Actually as a student, this is very important because if the position of sleep is incorrect. It will affect our learning where we cannot learn with focus due to back pain.
- Make sure the selected pillow is soft and comfortable
- study books are not placed on beds because they will disturb space to sleep
- Wear suitable clothing for sleep
- The pillow used is not too high with the head
- The surroundings not too noisy

SPENT YOUR TIME TO EXERCISE
Hello guys ! Today I want share about fitness. As a student , I know we dont have much time to do any exercise because lack of time . So I want share some tips that you can do .
1)JOIN A SPORTS SOCIETY - If you get involved with a society you really enjoy, you'll soon forget you're even doing any exercise at all. Instead, you'll be killing two birds with one stone and using your free time away from class to work up a sweat,have fun and share some laughs with new friends who have similar interests to you.
2)TAKE THE STAIRS - Put one leg in front of the other and off you go.While you clutch a steaming hot Milo beverage with your left hand, reach for the stair railing with your right.Climbing a few flights of stairs is not much, but it certainly counts as exercise if you do it on a regular basis.
3)TAKE OVER THE TAP - Sitting for three hours straight while studying in the library can be tiring both physically and mentally. Take five minute breaks every 45 minutes. Take advantage of the breaks your professors give you in the class as well. Leaving the room for a few minute does wonders for your energy level.

Today i want share about pyramid food .
First of all , The Food Pyramid is designed to make healthy eating easier .
Healthy eating is about getting the correct amount of nutrients
So in a nutshell,healthy eating involves:
- Plenty of vegetables,salad and fruit
- A serving of wholemeals cereals,breads,potatoes and rice at every meal
- Some milk,yogurt and cheese
- some fish,eggs,beans and nuts
- A very small amount of fats, spreads and oils
- And a very small amount or no drinks high and fat
